  VIOLATION
  1) The cutting boards used in the kitchen are very worn and scored with cut marks. These cutting boards cannot be effectively
  cleaned and sanitized. They are food contact surfaces and will promote bacterial growth and contamination. Replace or
  refinish all the cutting boards in the kitchen.
   
   
  (B)      Cutting surfaces.
   
        Surfaces such as cutting blocks and boards that are subject to scratching and scoring shall be resurfaced if they can
       no longer be effectively cleaned and sanitized, or discarded if they are not capable of being resurfaced.
